Digital Transformation in Mining:
Indigenous Pre-employment Program for Potash Mining
The Digital Transformation in Potash Mining (DTiPM) program, led by Morris Interactive, provides Indigenous students with foundational skills in mine automation, general potash mining knowledge as well as other employment and life skills.
As an industry sponsor, Peter Lucas is leveraging Bench technology to provide graduates with a digital resume to bridge the gap between the program and industry employment.
